EPDM extrusion facilities are equipped with Davis Standard & Rubicon extruders with microwave & heat transfer curing process for producing high-quality EPDM rubber gaskets using Sulphur cure and Peroxide cure process.
Silicone extrusion facilities are equipped with Davis Standard extruders with infrared curing processes for producing high quality silicone gaskets in color of your choice.
The PVC/TPE extrusions lines are equipped to produce various shapes and hardness grades as per customer specifications and colors. With 2 line installed, the production capacity exceeds 125 tons/month.
The molding facility consists of Injection, Transfer, Vacuum compression, and auto cutting and deburring facilities. We specializes in customized EPDM & Silicone molded parts & vulcanized frames to cater to Façade, Industrial, Filter, Lighting etc. to name a few of the industries.
Shutter door sliding gaskets are highly specialized items made using the knitting process. Having low friction sliding properties with good elastic behavior to accommodate the rolling & opening or shutter doors. We specializes in providing special threaded gasket strips with in built elastic rubber meeting the high-performance requirements.
Re-Injectable hoses induct revolutionary concepts of providing waterproofing liquid products to seal the micro cracks/gaps in the concrete structure. We developed a special sealing gasket combining EPDM , PVC & Braiding production capabilities.
